Shilonda Peterson- Jackson Shilonda Peterson-Jackson is a fervent woman of the Lord whose vision can only be surmised as being about God's business. She has enjoyed attending church since her early childhood. Committing her life to Christ, in 1992, she accepted Jesus as her personal savior and was baptized. Prophetess Peterson-Jackson maintained active roles in church as treasurer and a member of the hospitality ministry. Recognizing the calling of her life, she has adopted the mission of "placing God first and everything else will line up".
As First Lady and co-founder of Restoration of Truth Ministries Prophetess Peterson-Jackson has served alongside her spouse, Pastor Regina Jackson, for seven years. Her zeal for serving the body of Christ and surrounding community is reminiscent of many powerful women of God referenced in the Bible. Just as Esther used her influence to bring glory to God, embodying the compelling prayers of Hannah and demonstrating the bold faith and obedience of Sarah, Prophetess Peterson-Jackson's Godly mission and fruit is emblematic of exemplary service. In keeping with 1 Peter 1:13 Prophetess Peterson-Jackson has prepared herself for action by acquiring tools to enhance her gifts. Most recently, she has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from Kaplan University as a compliment to her certifications in youth mental health and advocacy. In addition, Prophetess has earned a certification in evangelism. Currently, she has a Master’s of Science degree in Psychology and works with young autistic children as a Registered Behavior Therapist. These tools have aligned to enhance her ability to serve and lead as the Director of Inspiritus Empowerment Center for Excellence, which is expanding its empowering community outreach through workshops, conferences, and summer programs. Her volunteer efforts extend well beyond our church by lending her service to organizations such as the Hubbard House, Sulzbacher Center Homeless Shelter, and the Black Expo. Prophetess Peterson-Jackson's service to Restoration of Truth Ministries and the broader Jacksonville community illustrates true Kingdom work in keeping with her mission and evidenced by the fruits of her labor. |
